The low-budget Mexican actioner Dos de abajo (1983) is one of a slew of films that handsome lead actor Valentin Trujillo manned in the 1980s. Gilberto Gazcón’s film hews to the familiar formula, mixing zany dialogue and physical comedy with a robust adventure plot and romantic intrigue. Normally Trujillo only had one actress to play foil, but here he’s given three.
