Falco (2008) tells the story of one of Germany’s biggest pop stars (and one of America’s most memorable one-hit wonders): Johann "Falco" Hölzel (Manuel Ruby), the bewigged boy wonder who’s remembered for his ‘80s hit Rock Me, Amadeus. This sharply dressed man rises through the ranks in new wave bands before success leads him down a rabbit hole of sex, drugs, and a tragic early death. Sounds pretty awesome- except for the tragic early death part!
