When Fred is laid off from the factory, he takes an apparently easy job from his friend Michel in Fred (1997). He must drive a truck to a particular location and leave it there. Along the way, a man ends up dead, sending Fred into hiding and a determined detective into hot pursuit. While running from the law, Fred manages to spend time with Clotilde Courau’s capacious cantaloupes.
