Grand Guignol (1986), as the title would suggest, is a serious exploration of the lives of the players at France’s famous shock theatre, Le Grand Guignol. Before Hollywood started making slashers, this was the place where people went to be horrified and to witness the darkest sides of life. This film goes behind the scenes to show us how it was all done. Of course, Olivia Brunaux’s magnificent mammaries are worth the price of admission all by themselves. Seriously.
