Based on a terrifying memoir, a home invasion begins a nightmarish chain of events in the Lifetime movie Held Hostage (2009). Michelle Estey (Julie Benz) is struggling to balance her dual roles as single mother and manager of a bank when a gang of kidnappers invade her home. The gang takes her and her daughter hostage and Michelle must take on a third role: bank robber. Her captors strap explosives to Michelle’s back and tell her that if she doesn’t rob the bank where she works, she and her only child will die.

Baby-voiced blonde Julie Benz gets sexy with a boy toy in happy times before the kidnapping, and gets explosives strapped to her back in sad ones after, but for skinema fans the point is that she strips down to her bra in both.
