Ok, now let's pretend for a moment that that old chestnut is based in reality. Now let's make a movie out of it. Presenting: Hold Your Breath (2012). Rising scream queen Erin Marie Hogan and 30 Rock's Katrina Bowden star as the only important (i.e., female) members of a group of friends, one of whom has inhaled the spirit of a recently executed serial killer. You might not feel a sneeze coming on, but you'll definitely be expelling fluids when you see Erin's pair riding a guy on a gurney 25 minutes in and Lisa's bloodied, but still intact, boobage at the 48-minute mark.
