The French film La Femme d'un seul homme (1998), loosely translated to “The wife of  one man,” is the story of Sabine (Clémentine Célarié), a woman who, after discovering her husband is having an affair, becomes friends with his lover (Barbara Schulz) and drafts an imaginative plan to save her marriage.
