Based on a true story, the movie follows a down on her luck stripper named Beth (Rebecca Hall), who works as an exotic dancer in Florida, but decides to make the move to Sin City in search of quick cash. After fellow stripper Holly (Laura Prepon) gives her an introduction to bookie Dink (Bruce Willis), Beth decides her new career will be crunching numbers on Vegas odds. But when Dink’s jealous wife Tulip (Catherine Zeta-Jones) flies back into town and isn't too fond of the sexy stripper Dink now considers his good luck charm, Beth has to take a job from Dink’s dangerous rival Josie (Vince Vaughn). But Josie's gambling is of the illegal variety, and isn't the only unlawful income source he's got going on. When Beth ends up in a bit of hot water, will Dink swoop in to save the day?
