When widowed metal worker Lulu Hastier becomes the unexpected beneficiary of a castle in Lulu roi de France (1995), the lives of everyone around him will change, including that of his eighteen-year-old daughter. Soon everyone is knocking on Lulu's door, including the beautiful Marquise, who seems to have some ulterior motive.
