Luther the Geek (1990) tells the story of a modern-day geek who witnesses the real thing at a circus sideshow as a child. After watching the freak bite the head off a chicken, Luther gets knocked down and loses his teeth, which somehow turns him into an insane killer. Cut to present time, Luther is on parole, but he still has a pair of stainless steel choppers that he uses to bite the necks off of his victims.
