Maggie’s Plan (2015) tells the story of Maggie (Greta Gerwig) who intends to have a baby on her own when she suddenly meets John (Ethan Hawke) and feels he might be the love of her life. The problem is that John is married. He leaves his wife for Maggie, marries her and the two have a baby. Three years later Maggie finds herself falling out of love with John and realizing that John and his ex-wife might actually really be meant to be together.
