Mermaid Down (2019) is a fantastical horror film about a mermaid who has her tail chopped off. She is put in a mental institution and grows legs. No one believes she is a mermaid, but we believe she's one sexy human woman. We get to watch Alexandra Bokova watch her legs which means seeing her topless.
