Raúl Padilla plays a cuckolded husband desperate for revenge in the slapstick Mexican comedy Mi mujer tiene un amante (1989). The title of Victor Ugalde’s film literally translates to My Wife Has a Lover, which is exactly poor Padilla’s problem. He can’t stand the thought of his busty betrothed (Jacaranda Alfaro) with another man, but she’s irrepressibly horny and the cads in town can’t keep their paws off her. One look at Alfaro in her skivvies should be enough to understand why.
