A determined young nurse finds her optimism tested by a job in a children’s cancer ward in the German television drama Morgen gehört der Himmel dir (1999). Ravishing Alexandra Kamp stars as Anne, a young woman whose family life is uprooted when her husband accepts a position at a large Frankfurt bank. Anne decides to roll with the changes, quickly finding work in a ward for terminally ill children. But as she grows attached to kids fighting incurable diseases, Anne finds it difficult to maintain a sunny outlook. The same can’t be said for her husband, Steffen (Anian Zollner)--the man’s obviously thrilled every time his hot, pouty-lipped wife shimmies out of her clothing, as she does in two scintillating scenes.
