Nude: Naked in New York 1993 Nude Scenes

Naked in New York (1993) is one of the thousands of stories in the naked city, this one being the naked on, or so you would believe from the title. We were very excited, especially when we saw Mary-Louise Parker in the credits. Okay, we knew this would be a romantic comedy, but then what better type of film to take the girlfriend to and maybe get to see Mary-Louise’s girlfriends, too. That’s killing two birds with one stone.Our first sense of trouble is that the whole movie is told in flashbacks, and those flashbacks don’t bring us to a brothel or a strip club, so what’s the point with the cliched plot device? Not that the filmmakers completely waste the opportunity of Mary-Louise, who has an all-too-brief topless scene, but they should still be sued for false advertising.
