Amy Adams plays our protagonist, a wealthy gallery owner who hates her job and dislikes her cheating husband. Suddenly, she's sent a novel - written by her ex-husband and dedicated to her. The book is dedicated to her, and its story mirrors their marriage, but with a dark and violent twist. Isla Fisher plays the book version of her (confusing, we know), though Jake Gyllenhaal plays both the ex-husband and the protagonist in his book. Luckily, this means plenty of skin all around!
