Turns out that you can't just drop everything and become a beach bum, at least not in the French/Italian/Maltese TV movie On n'a qu'une vie (2000). When Gregoire (Robin Renucci) meets Claire (Marianne Basler), it's love at first sight, and they impulsively decide to chuck their old lives and run off together. They head to the seaside paradise of Malta, but it isn't long before both of their pasts begin to catch up to them. At least it doesn't catch up to Marianne's shirt, because she loses it making love to her man. Nice beach buds!
