A German executive scrambles to cover up an underling’s misdeeds when his plant is audited in the slapstick comedy Otto ist auf Frauen scharf (1968). Straight-laced attorney Otto Zander (Gunther Philipp) is accustomed to overseeing his company’s operation with the utmost attention to detail. But when a co-worker’s extravagant spending spree coincides with an audit from New York, Zander enacts a quick cover-up. One person who doesn’t get covered up is starlet Christiane Rücker; the blonde actress plays an airy model whose sumptuous curves are purchased on the company’s dime.
