A harried cop suspects that the woman he’s dating might also be the serial killer he’s tracking in the made-for-TV thriller Outside the Law (1994). Alternately titled Blood Run, Boaz Davidson’s suspense flick stars David Bradley as Brad Kingsbury, a work-obsessed detective who finds himself drawn to a suspect (Anna Levine) he questions about a rash of grisly killings. Brad’s conviction that he’s found the killer grows alongside his irresistible attraction to Tanya (Levine), and soon his life and job are both in jeopardy. Levine’s keen to spread her legs everywhere from the swimming pool to the neighborhood watering hole, so it’s easy to believe how easily Brad gets roped in. Meanwhile Stephanie Swinney pitches in a girl-on-girl shower scene that just about steals the show.
