The quirky flick Pas douce (2007) stars Isild Le Besco as Frederique, a solitary nurse living in a small Swiss town who lets a couple of guys run a train on her, then tries to kill herself with a shotgun but accidentally shoots and injures a passerby instead. Things get even stranger when Frederique turns out to be one of the nurses assigned to take care of the man she accidentally shot. We get to see Le Besco’s Le Breast-os twice, and that’s Le Best-o!
