Anna Lappalainen (Katja Kukkola) had a tough childhood being passed from one foster home to another, and as an adult she starts having severe delusions. She claims to be “Princess”, a long lost member of the English royal family, and promptly lands herself in a psychiatric hospital. But Princess only wants to help others live a better life, and her lovable nature inspires everyone around her.
