Nude: Scream of the Butterfly 1965 Nude Scenes

Alternately titled The Passion Kit, the strangely named cult feature Scream of the Butterfly (1965) tells of a gold-digging femme fatale who uses a cheating lover to help her murder her hubby. Argentine Jayne Mansfield look-alike Nélida Lobato is beautifully bad news in her role as Marla Williams, a dangerous seductress who throws herself at a wealthy businessman in hopes of robbing him blind. Not content with a tidy divorce settlement, Marla goes straight after the life-insurance policy by convincing her stud boyfriend (Nick Novarro) to help her slay her beau. Throughout the course of her performance, Lobato reveals herself to be a swaggering screen presence who succumbed to illness tragically before her time. Revel in what’s left by scoping the sexpot’s nude scenes––it’s not hard to see how her character could drive a man to kill.
