The direct-to-DVD horror flick Splatter Movie (2008) follows a director (Amy Lynn Best) and her crew as they go out on location to film a horror movie. But one of the crew is actually a murderous psychopath who starts picking off members of the cast, so that the bodies are piling up both on and off screen. Scream queen Tiffany Shepis plays herself and nude-comer Tiffany Warren briefly flashes her boobs. Looks like a good place to splatter.
