While on assignment, a spunky photographer takes a detour to investigate an unsolved murder in the German crime drama Spuren im Eis - Eine Frau sucht die Wahrheit (2000). Beautiful Idil Üner stars as Saskia, a renowned photographer who’s hired to shoot pictures of a high-profile snowboarding competition in the Swiss Alps. While flying down the slopes, Saskia eases into a crevasse and discovers a deceased man’s frozen corpse. When she notifies the authorities, they brush off her concern, leaving the shutterbug to open an inquiry of her own. Thankfully sleuthing is not the only thing on the Berlin-born beauty’s mind, as she takes five for a titillating sweat in the sauna.
