Tbilisi, I Love You (2015) is the latest installment in the Cities of Love franchise, a series of movies meant to illustrate how universal romance really is. (And for those who don't know, Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia. It's OK, we didn't know either.) Each film is actually a series of episodes, each focused on a different romance or relationship.
