Two families are fighting over land in 1850s Washington, both headed by powerful matriarchs. Constance Van Ness (Gillian Anderson) is a wealthy widow and owner of a literal gold mine who’s butting heads with Fiona Nolan (Lena Headey), a cattle rancher and leader of a group of hardscrabble orphans that go by, you guessed it, The Abandons. Things get even stickier when Constance’s daughter Trisha (Aisling Franciosi) finds herself in a love triangle, caught between her feelings for an Abandon named Elias (Nick Robinson) and Roache (Michiel Huisman), an outlaw hired by her mother. Aisling brightens up the Old West with some New Breast in the fifth episode, debuting her left boob and booty cheeks on screen for the first time while she and Nick go at it on a couch, followed by a scene where she plays piano in the buff!
