Melissa George is a Philadelphia housewife who wakes up in a warehouse after a bad car accident and discovers she is being held captive in the 2008 thriller The Betrayed. Her masked captor (Oded Fehr) informs her that her husband is actually a heroin smuggler and that he is holding her and her young son hostage until her husband pays the money he owes to a crime syndicate.
