Adapted from the Mickey Spillane pulp novel of the same name, The Girl Hunters (1963) follows the legendary private dick Mike Hammer (Spillane) as he meanders through an alcoholic haze over the alleged death of his sexy secretary Velda. Yeah, she’s beautiful, seductive, and she looks amazing in a bikini, which she proves in multiple scenes, but Hammer is stronger than us and he is able to resist her charms while proving her guilt with a rigged shotgun.
