It’s 1978 and pet shop owner Ben (Matt Whelan) moves his wife (Luciane Buchanan) and aspiring veterinarian daughter (Zara Nausbaum) to a coastal town in Oregon after he inherits property there from his deceased mother. They arrive to a house in shambles and an eel-like monster being held in a water tank built by his dad before his untimely death from drowning in the bay.
