A different kind of pandemic, this one caused by a highly infectious version of rabies, spreads across the globe and has the population fleeing big cities for more remote areas, with one such village of survivors being run by a man named Jairo (David Fernández Mayora). Mario (Gustavo Fernández) and his group of stragglers finds the village while looking for sanctuary, but then strange things begin to happen.
