To Protect and Serve (1992) is one of those low budget, direct to video thrillers that was cranked out every week in the late 80s and early 90s. This one is the story of a good cop trying to navigate the corrupt politics and inner workings of a crooked division of the LAPD. He plays his part well for a while, keeping his mouth shut when his partners beat a suspect to death, but when they try to pin the crime on him, all hell breaks loose.

One of the key witnesses to the crime is a call girl played by Zoe Trilling. Zoe has got some substantial skin sacks, and she shows them off in the screen cap below.
