An Australian couple travel to Vietnam for business unaware of the danger there in Traps (1994). 1950, Michael Duffield (Robert Reynolds) brings his photographer wife, Louise (Saskia Reeves), with him on an assignment to his company's rubber plantation in Indo-China. They hope that the vacation will help revitalize their rocky marriage, but their personal problems with have to wait because the communist Viet Minh are attempting to violently overthrow the French government.
