Nude: Two Small Bodies 1993 Nude Scenes

A cocktail waitress (Suzy Amis) is accused of killing her two children in the tautly claustrophobic thriller Two Small Bodies (1993). Based closely on a one-act play, Beth B.’s film remains faithful to certain stage conventions, including the use of a radically reduced cast and set. The minimalist staging works to squeeze maximum tension out of the interrogations between hardboiled New York cop Brann (Fred Ward) and the fragile yet coyly seductive Eileen (Amis). Driven to the brink of madness, Amis’s character even cuts loose for a while by stripping to her lingerie and dimming the lights for some burlesque play.
