Une minute de soleil en moins (2002) is a French/Moroccan production, a TV movie about a young cop in Tanger who is investigating the murder of a drug dealer. That's just a regular police procedural, but what makes this movie stand apart is that the drug dealer's mistress is played by the fetching Lubna Azabal. She is considered the prime suspect by the authorities, which requires a deep look into her dealings, which is where the cop falls for the gal. An old story, right, but told skinfully here, as Lubna reveals her hidden charms and they're more intoxicating than any drug.
