Oscar-nominated comedy-drama Up in the Air (2009) stars George Clooney as Ryan Bingham, a corporate downsizing expert who spends his life flying around the country firing people. When newly hired Natalie Keener (Anna Kendrick) recommends that the company stop flying Bingham around and start having him do his job via the Internet, he decides to take her on a business trip to show her why her plan won’t work.
