Young German filmmaker Norbert Keil’s Viergeteilt im Morgengrauen (1999), a.k.a. Quartered at Dawn, is a horror film that clocks in at only fourteen minutes but still manages to squeeze in two topless scenes with Asian hottie Minh-Khai Phan-Thi. Minh plays Sarah, a young Fraulein too engaged in making out with her boyfriend in the back seat of their car to realize that a woman with a bloody stump for a leg is being pursued by an axe-wielding murderer mere feet away.
