Natalya triumphed over stage fright at an early age, singing on stage at age six and eventually joining the music group Restless, and later in her career, Sherlock Blonde. In 2013, she made her film debut in the war drama Tsel vizhu, and in 2016 would star in the rom com Status: Svoboden from her writer/director boyfriend Pavel Ruminov. That same year the couple decided to put their relationship on the big screen, reenacting a tumultuous time where he tried to break up with her and she refused to leave, which became the semi-documentary Love Machine. Natalya is quoted as saying “as a child, I was a coward, a wild rose” saying she eventually realized she couldn’t live in fear. There’s absolutely no trace of this fear in her performance as Natasha, the skinematic version of herself, as she bares all in multiple scenes, including very real sex romps with Pavel. The camera examines every inch of her, with tight close ups of all three Bs that will have you Russian to unzip your pants. She’s supposedly stepping behind the camera as the writer and director of the upcoming documentary Meteorites Hunter, but hopefully she’s not done braving the spotlight stripped down!
