Das Baby-Komplott (2001), or The Perfect Child, is a made for tv German thriller that opens with a pregnant woman (Ann-Kathrin Kramer) being admitted to the hospital with two gunshot wounds. Fearing not only for her life, but also for her unborn child, the doctors take quick action, but when the woman comes to, she threatens to kill the doctors with a pair of scissors. The film then flashes back six months to tell the story of what led up to this point, and it's a tale filled with jealousy and rage.
