Like many a breath-taking blonde before her, Brooke Burns and her athletically awe-inspiring body found a proper home during the rise of jiggle-heavy, syndicated television in the '90s. Born in Dallas, Texas, Brooke started her career in the entertainment biz as a ballet dancer, but after facing an injury, she took up modeling instead. When she was just 16 years old, the young model moved to Europe, later living in Paris, Milan, and Munich. Of course, Brooke wanted to give acting a shot as well, and she took on Hollywood while off her clothes! Early in her acting career, Brooke procured a window-dressing role on the Baywatch knock-off Out of the Blue (1995). In 1998, she was cast in the genuine article, pouring herself into Baywatch's trademark red swimsuit as lifeguard Jessie Owens. There, she encouraged mouth-to-mouth for a couple of years, followed by a stint on the short-lived spinoff Baywatch Nights (1995). She delivered similarly sexy stylings in a minor but memorable role in the comedy Shallow Hal (2001) and as the co-host of the reality game show Dog Eat Dog (2002), but the reality is that she has yet to get fully naked for the camera. In recent years, Brooke has mainly appeared in more wholesome fare, including Hallmark movies like the Gourmet Detective (2015) movie series and Christmas Connection (2017). She's also the host of the Game Show Network series Master Minds (2020).
