Decades before Pam and her enormous yams trickled out of the great white North, Melody Anderson was the comely Canuck captivating the collective attention of American audiences. Melody started out as a reporter, before heading to the world of fiction in 1977 when she appeared as a Female Sweathog on the hit series Welcome Back, Kotter. Being the girl of our wet dreams was her ticket out, and she quickly found herself in one of the first successful superhero comic book adaptations, Flash Gordon (1980). As Princess Dale Arden, Melody failed to flash the goods, but did use the role to boost her career. Suddenly the busty blonde was showing up in hit 80's TV shows like Archie Bunker's Place, T.J. Hooker and Dallas. But just when it looked like we'd forever be nursing our Melody Anderson blue balls, we got a brief nip slip in The Boy in Blue (1986). On top of a very young Nicolas Cage, Melody goes for a ride until the cops interrupt the affair. For a much better look at her heaving hooters, check out Under Surveillance (1991), where she lets it all hang out at the end of the film. After giving us fat boners, she headed back to the small screen in Jake and the Fatman before starting a long career on All My Children. After playing Marilyn Monroe in the TV movie Marilyn & Bobby: Her Final Affair (1993), Melody's final acting ole came in an episode of Burke's Law. She hasn't acted since 1995, but even if she never gives us more onscreen nudity, we're always happy playing our instrument to Melody Anderson.
