Melonie Diaz made her film debut in Double Whammy (2001) but failed to show her double whammies. In fact, she didn't even show a single mammary. A Puerto Rican American raised in NYC's Lower East Side, Melonie graduated from NYU before almost immediately making a name for herself in (and providing some legitimacy to) the critically beloved Lower East Side dramedy Raising Victor Vargas (2002). Unfortunately, the movie did little to raise the pants of her fans. The first time she gave us any peek at her Nuyorican body came in Lords of Dogtown (2005), when Melonie scrambled around a bedroom wearing a bra and panties; a scene all the boys, and Z-boys appreciated. In the skinful A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints (2006), she managed to keep her clothes on, despite the film's risqué material. But just when it seemed the nudity would never come marching in, everyone was like "Who Dat?" when they saw Melonie in Itty Bitty Titty Committee (2007). While doing the dirty with a dirty blonde young man, Melonie provides the titties, although they're not quite as itty bitty as the title would suggest (not that we're complaining). We'll always come running when we hear Melonie has a new nude scene, but all our effort felt pointless since it ends up the underwear shots were real, Melonie used a body double for her skinema in I'll Come Running (2008). After she earned a few award nominations for her work in the police shooting drama Fruitvale Station (2013), she gave us a towel assisted walk of shame in X/Y (2014). But ever since then, Melonie has mostly been sticking to the horror genre. She appeared in The Belko Experiment (2016), The First Purge (2018) and has starred as Mel Vera, the time freezing lesbian with on the CW's Charmed reboot since 2018. Melonie is constantly making out with her girlfriend, often in underwear, which gives the show a charm well beyond the usual witches coven fare. Unfortunately, since it's a network show she never gets to go as far as we like. Still, one look and you'll get a semi watching this Charmed star's life!
